Returns & Exchanges

Returns policy on incorrect style or product

We are happy to exchange goods, if you choose the wrong size, provided they have not been worn. Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot exchange briefs, hosiery or swimwear. Please choose these products carefully.

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please advise us via email at enquiries@ladybirdlingerie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase so we can issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • The details of the style you would like to Return/Exchange to : 1. Style number 2. Colour, 3. Size.
  • Whether you would like to return your purchase for refund (for faulty products only), or exchange for another size or colour

We will email you back with you RAN, and a simple returns form to fill out to enclose with your product. (You must obtain an RAN before sending any products back. Goods sent back to Lady Bird without an RAN will be returned to the customer).

Postage on return products are at the expense of the customer. Please register the return parcel to us. We cannot be held responsible for any parcel which is returned & is not received by us. We require that you include an appropriate, Registered, Pre paid self addressed Australia post bag for the return of your garment/s.

Please make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as we send our items to that address and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.

Change of Mind

If, for any reason, you change your mind with-in 14 days of the purchase date, providing the garments are in their original condition with swing tags still attached, Lady Bird will exchange the garments or supply you with a store credit. This will be at the consumers cost for all postal parcels. However due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot exchange briefs, hosiery (unless unopened) or swimwear.

Lady Bird does not take any responsibility for the arrival of returns. Please use registered mail for tracking purposes and to include a completed return Australia Post bag for quick and efficient shipping. We recommend you register or insure your exchange purchase and keep a record of the registration/insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods.

Faulty Product

We at Lady Bird take great pride in offering you a quality product however if you do find that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please email / phone us to arrange for a replacement. We will replace the item & return the replacement to you at our cost, as soon as possible.

If the fault is noticed after some time, we would need to view the garment first, then forward to the manufacturer if necessary before a replacement can be offered. Please send the original receipt back with the returned product. We will ensure to return your original receipt and include our credit return slip when replacing a faulty garment.

If an exchange request is not able to be fulfilled, one of our customer service staff will contact you to discuss alternative options.
