Lady Bird Company Policies

PAYMENTS METHOD

We will accept payment in the form of PayPal, Credit card (Amex, Mastercard and Visa) and Direct Deposit. Bank account details for direct deposit will be given when completing your purchase using the shopping cart. Payments may take 2 to 3 days to clear, and your purchase will be posted once payment has cleared.

The shopping cart is a secure system and your card details are not retained.

RETURNS POLICY ON INCORRECT STYLE OR PRODUCT

We are happy to exchange products, if you choose the wrong size, provided they have not been worn.  Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot exchange briefs, hosiery or swimwear.  Please choose these products carefully.

Postage on return products are at the expense of the customer. We will not be held responsible for any parcel which is returned & is not received by us. It is your responsibility to register the return parcel to us. We require that you include an appropriate, Registered, Pre paid self addressed Australia post bag for the return of your garment/s.

 Please email / phone us upon receipt should you have a problem with your purchase. No returns are accepted without prior arrangement.  We inspect all items before we ship them, however, we will replace any defective merchandise returned in its original packaging within 7 days. 

 All descriptions are provided in the best of our knowledge. Please note colours may vary due to screen resolution. While all care is taken, any errors or omission in the item details is unintentional.

Please make sure the address you enter via the checkout process is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes.

CHANGE OF MIND

If, for any reason, you change your mind with-in 7 days of the purchase date, providing the garments is in its original condition with swing tags still attached, Lady Bird will exchange the garments or supply you with a store credit.

Change of mind purchases cannot be returned for a refund. We are happy to accept items for exchange within 7 days of you receiving your original parcel. All items must be in their original condition with swing tags etc , attached. This will be at the consumers cost for all postal parcels. However due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot exchange briefs, hosiery or swimwear.  

Lady Bird does not take any responsibility for the arrival of returns. Please use registered mail for tracking purposes and to include a completed return Australia Post bag for quick and efficient shipping. We recommend you register or insure your EXCHANGE purchase and keep a record of the registration/insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods.

FAULTY PRODUCT

We at Lady Bird take great pride in offering you a quality product however if you do find that you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, you may return it, unworn, unsoiled product with labels still attached, to our postal address.

Please email / phone us to arrange for a replacement. We will replace the item & return the replacement to you at our cost, as soon as possible.

If the fault is noticed after this time, we would need to view the garment first, then forward to the manufacturer if necessary before a replacement can be offered. Please send the original receipt back with the returned product. We will ensure to return your original receipt and include our credit return slip when replacing a faulty garment.

If an exchange request is not able to be fulfilled, one of our customer service staff will contact you to discuss alternative options.

POSTAGE

Lady Bird despatches all orders by Registered Mail, via Australia Post.

The modest amount of $5.00 per order is required for all orders under $100.00. Orders over $100.00 are FREE

Lady Bird is not liable if the parcel is lost while in transit or not held responsible for any delays in delivery by Australia Post however we will offer all reasonable assistance with locating any missing parcels.

Please offer us the safest delivery address for your shipment to arrive on time. If you are living in a multiple dwelling we suggest you contact your local post office and organise for your parcel to be addressed to you , ‘Care of’  your local post office for collection by you at your local post office.

DELIVERY CHARGES & TIME FRAMES

All parcels are posted to the address that you include in you order details. The postage price is set at $5.00 which includes Registered post, within Australia. All orders exceeding $100 are postage free, which also includes Registered post.

Delivery of stock usually takes between 3-7 working days where items are in store. If additional stock must be ordered delivery will be 7-14 working days, depending on how quickly we can get it from our supplier.

Stock delaysIn high demand times, delivery may take longer due to stock being unavailable. We will always endeavour to meet all orders as soon as possible, and will not be held responsible for delays. If we find the stock may take some time to arrive, we will contact you and discuss all options.

OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA DELIVERY CHARGES

Postage overseas will incur a $20 flat rate. Expect a further 7 days for delivery to outside Australia.
